What is a cheap web hosting provider to use?
I am a novice in web pages. I want to be allowed to play with different tools as Flash, PHP, etc, basically, if I'm asking the web designer entry level jobs that you can practice with this page. For now I have a few basics with Dreamweaver so I did not use all the features such as Perl, Python, etc., that I'm looking for something like $ 2.95 per month, including a domain name. IPage currently looking for, JustHost, Freehostia (it's free if you purchased the domain name) and perhaps DreamHost. BlueHost and GoDaddy are too expensive for me. I playing with the website.
